Hi, I’m Megan Elliott — copywriter, messaging expert, and founder of The Copy Template Shop.

When I started my service-based business in 2016, I wasn’t just riding the struggle bus — I was driving it. I was overworking for underpaying clients, dragging my laptop everywhere “just in case” and wondering if I’d ever make a full-time income.

Who exactly is this event for?

This event is designed for experienced, done-for-you service providers — professionals who deliver high-quality results and/or projects for their clients. If you’re a copywriter, designer, VA, social media manager, or similar provider, you’re in the right place!

Coaches, consultants, and other types of online business owners will likely find value in the event, but please note that the event was not curated with them in mind.

Can agency owners attend?

Yes! While this event is primarily geared towards solopreneur service providers, you’re sure to learn some strategies that will also work for your service-based agency.

I’m a brand new service provider. Is this for me?

If you don’t have any projects under your belt, aren’t super confident in your ability to deliver your services, or haven’t narrowed in on the type of services you want to deliver, this event probably isn’t the best fit for you right now. We recommend attending if you already feel confident in your expertise and want to take your service business to the next level.

When is this event happening?

The main sessions will run from January 20–23, 2025, with a kickoff call on Sunday, January 19th. You’ll also gain immediate access to our private Facebook community upon registration, so you can start networking right away!

What if I can’t attend live?

No problem! All presentations (with the exception of Day 4) are pre-recorded and will be available for 24 hours with your free ticket. While we encourage you to attend live elements like the kickoff call, replays will be accessible for a limited time in the Facebook group. If you want to make sure not to miss any presentations, go ahead and grab your free ticket, and you’ll have the opportunity to upgrade for extended access.

How long will I have access to the presentations?

Your free ticket includes 24-hour access to each presentation during the event. If you’d like more time, upgrading to the Booked-Out Service Pro Toolkit gives you ongoing access, along with exclusive bonuses.

Are the presentations live?

To avoid tech glitches, give you the best possible experience, and keep things easy for the speakers, the presentations are pre-recorded and will be released at a scheduled time during the event.

However, the speakers will be hanging out in our private Facebook group with dedicated threads where you can connect with them and ask your questions! There will also be opportunities to join us for bonus live events throughout the week.

Will all the speakers get my email address?

Nope! When you register, you’ll be added to The Copy Template Shop’s email list so we can send you updates for the event and links to each day’s presentations. After the event is over, you’ll continue to hear from us, but you can unsubscribe at any time.

Each of the speakers will have free resources available that you can access by providing an email address, but the speakers will not get your email address unless you choose to give it to them specifically. That way, you only hear from the people you really love and don’t have to worry about getting added to 25 email lists that you’re not interested in.

Are your videos captioned or transcribed?

Yes, all presentations include closed captioning, and transcripts and notes are available with the upgrade options. If there’s anything we can do to make the event more accessible for you, please do let us know.
